Instead of the same running map (with additional miles added), I’ve posted my mile splits for perusing. As you can see, around the half marathon mark (13.1 miles) I tend to slow down a lot. Maybe I should just do halfs then? Jeez. At least the first 15 were under 8:00. I did not wear my heart rate monitor, since I plan on not wearing it during the marathon. I want my training to mimic my race, somewhat.

Trying DailyMile.com’s “Last Run” widget again. Now, I can avoid posting my last runs manually. Previously, I tried the widget but couldn’t get it to size right vertically. Now, it seems to fit nicely in my sidebar. Great.

I did 15 miles yesterday, but meant to do 20. I was late in starting the run, and thought that I needed to quit early because I thought my wife had an appt. soon coming, which would require me to be at home to babysit. It turned out that the appt. was much later than I thought, and so, I could’ve ran the last 5 miles with plenty of time to spare. Oh well. Next weekend for my 20…

OK. I’m tired of pasting running maps everyday here. The 7.08 mile run was the same as yesterday’s 6 miler but with another out-and-back mile added.
Thinking about how to show these maps from the sidebar… hmmm …
Then, I can blog about other things. Wow, there’s an idea.

As promised, I got tired of the MotionBased maps, so I used their export to Google Map feature instead. Google Maps are cool.
I’ll still provide a link to my MotionBased activity, like so:
